Ms. Galoob and David Mangone, Director of Policy for The Liaison Group, will discuss “Friends or Foe: A Look at Legalization Through the Federal Government.” Their keynote session will provide insights on: the challenges to reform at the federal level, the current politics of legalization, which legislation has the strongest possibility for advancement, and the potential impact the 2020 election cycle will have for cannabis industry stakeholders.
